HEALTH for All Program
Promote healthy living choices and wellness while providing hands-on experience for students.

About this Project

The HEALTH for All Program (H4A) works to establish a replicable academic-community service model that:

  • Provides workforce development opportunities and hands-on experience in population health for undergraduate and graduate students.
  • Expands street-level physical and mental health care, education and outreach opportunities to communities within our state that are in need of healthcare services.
  • Addresses social determinants of health through new and innovative programs, drawing from cross-college and cross-university engagement
  • Promotes health and wellness in work, educational and community settings
  • Provides an opportunity for data collection and research and evaluation to continuously improve and sustain these efforts

Donor Impact: How your support makes a difference!

H4A serves community members of all ages, socioeconomic backgrounds and geographic origins, supporting their efforts to maintain optimal health while addressing acute, chronic, physical, mental and social health challenges. Access to healthcare improves health outcomes, reduces disparities and lowers costs. H4A also provides graduate and undergraduate students with experiential learning opportunities in populations facing significant health disparities. This enhances students' ability to deliver culturally aligned care, address social determinants of health and improve healthcare access through collaborative partnerships in low-income, medically underserved communities across Delaware.
