About this Project
About a dozen years ago, the Art History Department launched its Curatorial Track Ph.D. program with funding from the Mellon Foundation and a mission to fuse specialized training with a broad outlook. Since then, graduates of the program have gotten exciting first jobs and now many are moving into important positions at prestigious institutions nationwide. Their notable successes have in turn resulted in ever greater numbers of applications to the program. Our Mellon funding is now winding down and we turn to you, our alumni and friends, to help keep this program vital and successful.
Donor Impact: How your support makes a difference!
Support for the Art History Department's Curatorial Track Ph.D. program will subsidize the cost of specialized training for our graduate students, including workshops and lectures with established curators and conservation specialists as well as a range of professional development opportunities that assure our students will be well-placed and well-connected upon graduation. Your contribution will help keep this program operating at the highest levels.
Gifts may also be used as general support for the Department of Art History.
