Assistive Medical Technologies
Help AMT build custom devices for children with disabilities to fit to their specific needs.

About this Project

AMT is a club at UD that is committed to helping children with disabilities by designing and producing custom devices that assist them with the challenges of everyday life. Every year we complete roughly 26 projects each custom fit to that kid's needs or the needs of a whole class of children. Our projects can range from heavily modified, adapted ridable toy cars to sports equipment that enable kids of any ability to participate in their gym class. Every device we build helps these kids gain more independence in daily life, which is crucial for their happiness, well-being and growth!

Donor Impact: How your support makes a difference!

All of our projects are gifted to parents at NO cost. This means that we are completely dependent on donations and grants as well as volunteer members and their leadership. Your donation would directly pay for building materials that will better the lives of children in our community.
