About this Project
Financially supporting the Parents Fund is a meaningful way for UD parents and families to remain involved in their student’s education. The Parents Fund provides the Division of Student Life with valuable resources to strengthen services, programs and the overall mission of the University.
Your Parents Fund gift will not only enrich students' time on campus but will also offer thousands of unique opportunities for them to discover their identities and passions, manage their well-being and engage with diverse communities. This empowers them to grow into successful individuals prepared for a lifetime of achievement and impact.

Your gift to the Parents Fund enhances UD’s unparalleled student experience by providing the Division of Student Life with valuable resources to support its mission to advance equity and inclusion, deepen student learning and drive holistic development through education, experience and communities.
The following are examples of how gifts to the Parents Fund make a difference:
- 30 gifts of $50 could support a Career Trek to major cities to connect students with employers and alumni
- 10 gifts of $100 could support monthly community-building event for LGBTQ+ students
- 1 gift of $250 could cover the purchase of professional workplace attire for a student
- 1 gift of $500 could help fund welcome programming during UD Welcome Days for all students on campus during move-in weekend
- 1 gift of $1,000 could help fund community building programming and mentorship opportunities for First Generation students
