About this Project

Donors to the Blue Hen Strong Fund address UD students’ most pressing needs. Established in 2020 to support students through the pandemic, today the BHSF has evolved into UD’s leading tool for rapid-response projects.

How your support makes a difference!

From housing grants for displaced students; to a virtual platform for free mental health counseling; to internship and career support for those who can’t afford to accept unpaid opportunities; to a laptop loaner program that expands access to necessary technology: the Blue Hen Strong Fund delivers immediate support to students.

When urgent challenges arise, our donors make real-time solutions possible.
