About this Project
The Ali and Paula Poorani Family Scholarship provides scholarships to undergraduate students in the hospitality and sport business management major, so that they can succeed at UD and beyond.
This scholarship was established by the Poorani family in April 2021. The income (not the principal) from this scholarship will support undergraduate students majoring in hospitality and sport business management. Preference is given to students who show promise of success in the club management field and are enrolled full-time during the award period. If no such student qualifies, the award may be made to any student within the Lerner College of Business and Economics. Your gift helps to ensure these deserving students have the financial support they need to succeed.

The Ali and Paula Poorani Family Scholarship is an endowed fund designed to last in perpetuity. All contributions made to this fund are restricted for use according to the agreement of the endowment.
