Center for Disabilities Studies
Foster hands-on experience and career growth for Career and Life Studies Certificate students.

About this Project

At the Center for Disabilities Studies, we believe that hands-on research experience is crucial for students to develop critical skills and contribute meaningfully to the field. This campaign aims to provide funding for a Career and Life Studies Certificate (CLSC) student to serve as a paid research intern, ensuring they can fully engage in important research on disability access and inclusion without financial barriers.

How your support makes a difference!

Your gift will help fund a paid research internship, allowing a CLSC student to dedicate time and effort to critical disability research. With your support, they’ll gain invaluable experience analyzing data, supporting projects and contributing to meaningful solutions that promote accessibility and inclusion.

By making this internship possible, you’re not just supporting one student—you’re fostering a future leader committed to creating a more inclusive world. Every gift helps break financial barriers and ensures students can focus on research that drives real change.

Gifts will be designated to the Center for Disabilities Studies. The Center will direct support to this project.
