About this Project
Engineers Without Borders at the University of Delaware (EWB-UD) is a student-led organization that designs and implements sustainable solutions to issues in low-income communities worldwide. The organization's ongoing projects in Malawi aim to provide clean and accessible water sources, construct bridges and develop scientific solutions to global problems. EWB-UD works alongside local communities to ensure that their solutions are sustainable and have long-term benefits. In doing so, we bridge cultural, economic and political divides. We use our knowledge of engineering and partnership to ensure our solutions are durable and have long-term community benefits.
The organization's success is reliant on the generosity of contributors, and donations to EWB-UD can make a significant impact in creating a more sustainable world.
