Fraternity and Sorority Leadership & Learning
Help FSLL impact the lives of our fraternity and sorority members

About this project:

The staff in Fraternity and Sorority Leadership & Learning (FSLL) believe that fraternity and sorority membership has the potential to be a life-changing experience--one where students gain fundamental skills that will help them be successful during and after college. Our department goal is that ANY fraternity or sorority member who wants to advance their leadership skills has the opportunity to do so. However, our ability to provide transformative opportunities for all members is limited by available funding.

Your gift today will make a difference in the lives of our students by allowing us to host speakers, offer trainings, and provide support for attendance at conferences or institutes, providing our students the opportunity to learn fundamental skills that will benefit them throughout their lives. This I Heart UD Giving Day, we hope you will help us impact the lives of our fraternity and sorority members by contributing to the FSLL Leadership Development Fund.

How your support makes a difference!

Your gift ensures that every member of the fraternity and sorority community has the opportunity to hone their leadership skills, a foundational value of the fraternity and sorority experience.

Here's how support to this project may be used:

  • $20 could enable a student to attend UD FSLL monthly Senate program for a semester.
  • $50 could enable a student to attend UD Fraternity and Sorority Leadership & Learning Academy.
  • $300 could enable a student to attend the multi-day IMPACT intensive retreat-style program with from the North American Interfraternity Conference hosted by UD FSLL off-site or on-campus.
  • $1,100 could enable a student to attend multi-day overnight Undergraduate Interfraternity Institute (UIFI) hosted by Association of Fraternal Leadership and Values (AFLV) in Bloomington, Indiana.
  • $1,800 could enable a student to attend multi-day overnight AFLV Central and National Black Greek Letter (NBGLC) Conference in Indianapolis, Indiana or Northeast Greek Leadership Association (NGLA) Conference hosted each year in a rotation of Cities in the NE Region.
