In 2021, the Institute for Public Administration (IPA) established the Jerome Lewis Director’s Fund to further its mission of developing the next generation of public service leaders. Through career development opportunities, research initiatives, technical assistance programs and other funding priorities, the fund supports graduate and undergraduate students while strengthening state and local governments. Your donation honors Dr. Lewis’s dedication to public service education and helps build stronger communities in Delaware and beyond.

The Jerome Lewis Director's Fund in the Institute for Public Administration is an endowed fund designed to last in perpetuity. All contributions made to this fund are restricted for use according to the agreement of the endowment. The fund is utilized at the discretion of the director of the IPA.
