Project Recover
Deliver closure and solace to missing in action families who have gone generations without answers.

About this project:

There are over 80,000 service members still missing in action (MIA) since World War II. UD's Project Recover has the underwater technology, experience and track record to return these MIAs to their families. This fund is used to support student participation, travel to remote locations and continuing innovation. Donations directly impact the success of returning MIAs.

Project Recover includes UD scientists, students, historians and military veterans who search the oceans to locate and recover the remains MIA service members. We have completed over 100 missions, locating over 300 potential MIAs and returning dozens to their families. Please help lower the number of MIA and fill the void for MIA families.

How your support makes a difference!

Your Project Recover gift helps deliver closure and solace to MIA families who have gone generations without answers. We are grateful for each donation, which directly supports student participation, travel logistics and field operations.
