Department of Physical Therapy: ACE Pathway
Support physical therapy students in completing a residency at a faster rate with a lesser cost.

About this project:

The Accelerated Clinical Education (ACE) Pathway is a bold new pilot program in the Department of Physical Therapy with the potential to transform the professional learning continuum. Developed in collaboration with CAPTE and ABPTRFE, the ACE Pathway reimagines clinical education by allowing pre-licensure entry into residency, reducing time to board certification and lowering tuition costs through donor support.

This innovative model responds to two urgent calls to action: transforming how physical therapists are trained and creating a seamless, financially sustainable continuum that prepares students to become adaptable, board-certified clinicians ready to meet society’s evolving healthcare needs.

How your support makes a difference!

Your generous gift will directly impact our students in the ACE Pathway. Funding for this program will primarily support reducing the debt-to-income ratio of participating students by covering the cost of items such as elective course tuition, clinical education expenses and fees associated with the additional coursework and training required to complete the residency.
