About This Project
The Student Government Association is committed to ensuring every Blue Hen has equal access to justice, support and protection. Many UD students face legal challenges, housing disputes, employment conflicts or minor offenses, without the resources to navigate them safely. By establishing a Student Legal Services clinic staffed with licensed attorneys, we can remove financial barriers, protect vulnerable students and ensure that all students have the guidance they need to thrive both on and off campus.
This initiative reflects SGA’s core mission: advocating for student well‑being, equity and dignity in every aspect of campus life. By funding a dedicated legal services clinic staffed by licensed attorneys, UD can ensure every student has equitable access to justice, protection and guidance during some of the most stressful moments of their college experience.
