About This Project
Mock Trial at the University of Delaware is a highly competitive club that crafts legal arguments while simulating real courtroom experiences through civil and criminal trials. We practice over 10 hours a week and compete in tournaments all over the country.
This season our Mockers…
- Traveled over 2,400 miles
- Competed at five competitions all across the east coast
- Brought home 1st and 2nd place finishes and almost a dozen individual awards
We have a winning reputation to uphold and budding law careers to support!
Mock Trial is completely student run, which means we coach, plan and pay for everything we do by ourselves. Over 90% of our budget comes from donor support during I Heart UD Giving Day! Any donation, regardless of size, goes a long way in helping the aspiring lawyers, entrepreneurs and policymakers who participate in our fully student-run program. Mock Trial not only gives students strong career skills but also creates incredible opportunities and life-long friendships.
