About This Project
At OLLI, our spaces hold stories. They’re where classmates become friends. Where conversations linger long after class ends. Where someone dives into a new chapter of history, practices a few brave words in a foreign language, debates big ideas, picks up an instrument for the very first time or explores something creative — whether that’s watercolor, pottery or learning a new piece of technology.
This I Heart UD Giving Day, we’re caring for the places that care for us. We’re looking at the spaces where we gather outside, the rooms where we create and learn inside and the tools that help us stay connected — especially to members who join from home. We want OLLI to feel welcoming, comfortable and inspiring for everyone who walks through our doors (or logs in online). That means tending to outdoor gathering areas so they remain beautiful and inviting, refreshing well-loved indoor spaces that see daily use, supporting our creative studios and strengthening the technology that keeps us learning together. And it means continuing to offer scholarships and invitations so cost is never the reason someone misses out.
Some improvements may be big while others are small. But together, they help OLLI feel like home.
