About This Project
The University's move to Conference USA and the FBS level football propelled the spirit program to the highest level of competition, and they've shone on the bigger stage. The University of Delaware spirit program made an impressive Division I-A debut at the 2026 UCA & UDA College Cheerleading and Dance Team National Championship. The Dance team earned a 6th place finish in hip hop at the national event, defeating Ole Miss, Oklahoma, Purdue, WKU, IU, Arizona State, Washington State, and Temple. Delaware's Dance team continues to make the Blue Hen family proUD.
