About this project:
Osher Lifelong Learning Institute in Kent and Sussex Counties (OLLI - K/S) provides learning, social and travel opportunities for those age 50+. With locations in Dover, Lewes and Ocean View, OLLI K/S provides for the intellectual and belongingness needs of older adults. The research is clear, healthy aging requires one to keep active intellectually while preserving a sense of belonging. By combating social isolation and providing a warm environment for learning, OLLI K/S is a partner with our members as they age in Delaware.
Donations to this fund will provide scholarship assistance to members in need of financial assistance, and general support for OLLI - K/S. Our mission is to promote active membership in Osher Lifelong Learning Institute for all Delawareans over the age of 50 regardless of their socioeconomic circumstances.
How your support makes a difference!
Your gift will provide senior citizens in financial need with the opportunity to participate in OLLI classes and activities. One modest membership fee allows seniors to take as many classes as they desire. Classes are held in online, hybrid and in-person sessions. OLLI is a learning cooperative that is volunteer led. All instructors are volunteers!
