Vicki Cassman Undergraduate Award
Help continue funding ARTC undergraduate projects in honor of late Professor Vicki Cassman.

About this project:

Since 2021, we have awarded nearly $10,000 in funding to 10 UD Art Conservation students to support their professional development projects. These funds have covered costs of participating in internships, workshops and conferences across the US and overseas helping aspiring conservators deepen their experience and knowledge, which supports a competitive graduate school application.

This award was created to honor the life and legacy of Dr. Vicki Cassman, former Director of the Undergraduate Program in Art Conservation. Each year, a committee composed of UD ARTC alumni select projects that embody the spirit of exploration, creativity and service that Vicki encouraged in each of her students.

How your support makes a difference!

This year, cuts to the NEH will decrease the number of funding streams available to students compared to past years. Now more than ever, the Vicki Cassman Award may be the difference between a student being able to accept an internship or being forced to decline due to insufficient funding. Your gift will help more students bring their dreams within reach!

The Vicki Cassman Undergraduate Award in Art Conservation is an endowed fund designed to last in perpetuity. All contributions made to this fund are restricted for use according to the agreement of the endowment.
