About this project:
Delaware Men’s and Women’s Swimming & Diving programs are incredibly grateful for donor support each year that allows us to continue our annual trip to Florida Gulf Coast Aquatic Center over the holiday break. This year, we will travel from December 28, 2025, through January 2, 2026. This trip is a huge highlight of our year and a key factor in our postseason success, providing uninterrupted training in a milder climate during a crucial training block before championship season. It allows our teams to bond together while practicing outdoors and having some fun to break up the grueling training sessions. This year, we also look forward to competing against Florida Gulf Coast University and Southern Methodist University during our time in Florida.
The trip would not be possible without the continued support of alumni, family, and friends of the men’s and women’s swimming & diving programs. The total cost of the trip is $80,000, which includes pool and gym rental fees, bus transportation, meals, flights and lodging for the men’s and women’s swimming & diving teams.

Delaware Men’s and Women’s Swimming & Diving programs are grateful to our alumni, family and friends, whose contributions afford us the opportunity to continue our annual training trip to Florida. Your gift helps cover the increasing costs of flights, lodging, meals, facility rentals and team bonding activities for both our men’s and women’s swimming & diving student-athletes on the trip. The team looks forward to a great trip in preparation for an exciting championship season.
Suggested Donation Amounts:
- $1,000 - eligible for a locker plaque in either the men’s or women’s swimming & diving locker room, recognizing support
- $450 - covers round-trip airfare per student-athlete
- $325 - covers the cost of lodging for one student-athlete
- $250 - covers meals for on student-athlete for the duration of the trip
Your contribution of any size makes an impact and is greatly appreciated. An investment of $1,000 or more will receive name recognition in one of the team’s locker rooms as part of the Name a Locker program.
