About this project:
QUEST is a college transition and leadership program for incoming first-year students. Entering its 16th year of successfully introducing students to campus and beginning their leadership journey, QUEST helps students make connections across campus and build their sense of belonging while exploring their capacity as emerging leaders.
In 2025, QUEST fully revamped its curriculum to include more experiential team-building activities and Team Olympic events for students to see team formation and leadership in real time while bonding and emerging as leaders. Donations during GivingTuesday will be instrumental in supporting the future success of this program!

Your gift will not only enhance the student experience through our programming, but it will also contribute to financial assistance for students in the QUEST Program. Beginning in 2023, we began offering grants to students who qualify for financial assistance to help cover the cost of participating in this amazing program. You can help provide this life-changing experience to future incoming students through your gift.
A gift of $425.00 can provide a Full Scholarship for 1 QUEST participant.
Gifts to this project will be designated to the Blue Hen Leadership Program. The Program will direct funds to support QUEST.
