MANRRS: Travel to National Conference
ABOUT THIS PROJECT
Minorities in Agriculture, Natural Resources and Related Sciences (MANRRS) is a national organization dedicated to developing and empowering individuals in agriculture, natural resources and related sciences by nurturing their potential, supporting their unique journeys and connecting them with opportunities that inspire leadership and innovation.
The University of Delaware's MANRRS chapter is raising funds to help members attend the organization's annual national conference. This event brings together students from more than 65 colleges and universities and over 100 representatives from government, industry and nonprofit organizations.
At the conference, UD students have opportunities to participate in professional development sessions, hear from inspiring speakers and attend a large job and internship fair. These experiences allow students to expand their knowledge, strengthen their skills and build meaningful connections with professionals in their fields of interest.
Students often describe the conference as life-changing, empowering and inspiring. With your support, more UD students can benefit from this valuable experience, return to campus with greater confidence and gain the tools and connections needed to pursue their future careers.
