Rubber Chickens
ABOUT THIS PROJECT
The Rubber Chickens is one of two improvisational theatre groups at the University of Delaware. Founded in 1997, the group specializes in both long-form and short-form improv. The Rubber Chickens perform at various locations on campus at least once a month and regularly participate in events at UD and other colleges and universities.
In addition to performing throughout the year, the group participates in several festivals and hosts its own annual spring festival, D.I.S.C.O. (The Delaware Improv and Sketch Comedy O'Festival). The Rubber Chickens was recognized as the Outstanding Performing Arts Registered Student Organization (RSO) for the 2018–19 academic year.
