Delaware Men’s Basketball
ABOUT THIS PROJECT
Delaware Men’s Basketball is excited to be back in action competing for the Blue and Gold as a member of Conference USA. The program is happy to return a trio of high-impact sophomores to represent the Blue Hens: Mason Ellison, Jayden Taylor and Alex Kazanecki, as well as Assistant Coach Corey McCrae, who returns after a few-year hiatus. The Hens are excited to be back on the court and look forward to opening up conference play on January 2 vs. Liberty.
THE IMPACT OF YOUR SUPPORT
Your support of Delaware Men’s Basketball ensures our men’s basketball student-athletes have the resources they need to have an exceptional student-athlete experience and to achieve success in the classroom, on the court and in the community. Donations support nutrition services, sports medicine needs, equipment, leadership development, career readiness programming and more for our men’s basketball student-athletes.
Donor support has allowed the purchase of several technological advances that help the team better prepare for games ahead, including the Synergy system, a video library where every possession is tagged by play type and data is aggregated. This system makes it incredibly easy for coaches to pull together opponent film in preparation for game day. Another system that was made possible through donor support is CBB Analytics, which shows advanced stats that explain which lineups and shot types are working, for ourselves and for our opponents.
